Sub-Contractor Management

As well as our team of experienced tradesmen, where necessary we will act on behalf of the client in the deployment of sub-contractors.

 

Site management allows us to offer a dedicated service observing tradesmen first hand on site.
 
With our experience we feel we are ideally suited to appraising all contractors. We can ensure that the contractors are of the correct quality to perform the tasks required of them and that they have suitable experience so that our client is not let down on meeting their target dates.
 
All of our sub-contractors work within a strict service level agreement and we continually review the quality of workmanship from each contractor. Review of competence, health and safety practise and customer service is taken very seriously and compliance to these policies is essential.
