  • Suspended ceilings and construction of mezzanine floors
  • Joinery works to include construction of walls, shelving, cash desks, fixtures and fittings, specialist panelling and skirting's.

We also have a wealth of other skilled tradesmen to offer plumbing, electrical and mechanical services.

 

The management team are instructed to ensure that pre, during and post fit out liaisons are carried out with clients and store managers. This ensures projects are managed effectively, on time and within budget.

 

We commit that all contractors are aware of the specifications as detailed in the project description and ensure that they are delivered accurately.

 

All outside liaisons are incorporated into our service package. We have the knowledge and experience to deal with all aspects of the project including extrinsic and logistic communications. This may also include liaison with local authorities, surveyors, planners, health and safety officers and fire officers.

 

We endeavour to meet full CDM regulations on completion of every fit out. All documentation and necessary certificates are provided upon handover and a full de-brief is offered by our management team to support the contents therein.
